TERMS OF SERVICE TO ALL USERS.
ANNUAL VENDING PLAN DETAILS AND GUIDELINE:
Kindly note that the allocated vending time access is at minimum of 12 tokens per meter with a year validity at a cost of N10,000.00, subject to change. You are advised not to vend against the allocated time access, which is one vend per month; if you do more than one time access, then you may be running out of vending access tokens.
There are two types of group vending accounts on our server:
1. You have the joint pool account. (General Access)
2. The Individual pool account. (Pay As You Go)
First option is the joint pool account which allow any of the meters to use the access tokens for meter vending jointly, so when it finishes all meters will not have any vending access. For example, each meter has 12 tokens access per year, For example; 12 x meters = (time token access) which will be jointly used by any of the meters.
So when these tokens finishes it affects all the meters together and you need to top up at N833.333 per time access token (1)
you can top up with minimum of 25 tokens. Finishing your access tokens could happened before the end of the year if not well managed.
Second option works on individual bases, that is, each meter uses the allocated time access tokens by itself and not shared. Then if it finishes, that meter alone will be top up and not all the meter.
So in summary of the two type of account, one is jointly used and the second is individually use.
Please note, this is till in line with the year service charge which is subject to change, also note that the commencement of services to any customers without signing an MOU is an automatic acceptance of our terms contained in the service level agreement.
OUR VENDING ACCESS OPTIONS ARE LISTED AS FOLLOWS:
Group Vending Access Plan: allows only the admin to access the platform and vend for all the users after confirmation of payment of the required power kwh/units by the users has been paid into your organization's bank details. This plan attracts a minimum annual server maintenance fee of N10,000.00 with 12 access tokens allocation with 1000kWh per meter subject to change depending on the prevailing economic status. The access tokens has a validity period of 12 months and can be topped up if used up before the end of the subscription period at a minimum N45,000.00 per 50 access tokens.
Wallet Vending Access Plan: A wallet is created for the admin by us in which a virtual fund is loaded into the wallet as required less 5%. Then the admin now allocates from the virtual funds to individual wallets at an agreed cost which is paid by users into a designated bank account as provided for them to vend individually using the funds in their wallets. A one-time access service fee of N10,000.00 per meter is required to commence for quantities above 25 meters, and a flat rate of N250,000.00 for lesser quantities. All Individual users login with their meter numbers on our vending web-platform.
Payment Gateway Vending Access Plan: This allows individuals to vend using their card details, bank transfers, USSD, etc. via the provided payment gateway system (Paystack) with a system fee of 1.5% (capped at N2,000) + N100. The remittance of funds is done monthly to your organization less 5%. . A one-time access service fee of N10,000.00 per meter is required to commence for quantities above 25 meters, and a flat rate of N250,000.00 for lesser quantities. All Individual users login with their meter numbers on our vending web-platform.
